Evan Cory - Pro Beach Volleyball
Evan Cory is a professional beach volleyball player from New Orleans, Louisiana.
He played college indoor volleyball at Lincoln Memorial University, where he set school records for kills, digs, and aces and became the program’s first All-American.
Evan started playing beach volleyball professionally in 2020 and quickly found success on the AVP and international tours. His breakout year came in 2021, when he won three AVPNext events and qualified for his first AVP main draw. Since then, he has won four AVP events, two FIVB events, and earned medals at seven international tournaments. He is also known for the blue nose he wears while competing.
Like most pro beach players, Evan pays for much of his own travel, training, and tournament costs. Flights, hotels, entry fees, and year-round training all add up. Fan support helps take some of the pressure off and lets him focus more on competing at a higher level.
